30/5 - Balls Head

Heading out on this run was like oldtimes. A veritable roller coaster of a run from Greenwich Road at the Pacific Hwy to Balls Head via wollstonecraft and Waverton. Head back the same way except adding on Waverton Park and Dumbarton St(I think). 8.5kms in 39 minutes. Solid effort on a run that never allows you to get comfortable. Happy also to keep under 40 minutes as this was the benchmark for this run last year.
