16km tempo run
Just wanted to bang out about an hour without bludging but not killing myself. Headed to Victoria Road via Crystal, Norton and Balmain Road, around the bay anticlockwise to Hawthorn Canal and back via Marion St and the back streets of Leichhardt and Petersham. 16kms in 1.10. Spotted flakey going in the opposite direction opposite Timbrell. Quite windy tonight out of the south west.
