Lap of the Bay

After enjoying the previous evenings grand final I headed out with a slightly foggy head and a solid case of 'tinmanitis' after yesterdays longer run. So the plan was a cruisy lap to shake out the cobwebs. Soon after starting I spotted in the near distance the familiar stride of fats and thought, he isnt travelling too quickly today, I will try and catch up with him. Well 1km later and a rather ragged fox finally caught the cruising fats and my easy run all of a sudden got a much sharper edge! Thankfully he really was taking it easy so my harder pace matched his cruising one! Thankfully also he was turning around at the rowers and I kept going straight.

Finished in 29 minutes flat for the 7km lap.
